These terms apply to your use of the Joy & Sole website. They do not replace the written proposal and client agreement used when Joy & Sole is hired for an event.

The website provides general information about Joy & Sole and its services. Service descriptions, availability, timelines, and starting prices may change and do not constitute a binding offer. The written proposal and signed client agreement control the final scope, fees, schedule, and responsibilities for a particular event.

Inquiries and date reservations

Submitting an inquiry, sending an email, participating in a consultation, or receiving a proposal does not create a client relationship or reserve an event date. A date and services are reserved only after the required client agreement is signed and the required initial payment is received.

No professional advice

Website information is not legal, financial, tax, insurance, medical, safety, engineering, or other professional advice. Appropriate licensed professionals should be consulted when those services are needed.

Ownership and permitted use

Unless otherwise identified, the Joy & Sole name, logo, website text, design, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Joy & Sole. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal, noncommercial use. Reproduction, republication, sale, or commercial use requires prior written permission.
